TUMCREATE's project Singapore's Pathway to Carbon Neutrality: Analysis of new Technologies is about exploring new technologies to drive Singapore's decarbonisation challenge.
One promising option is hydrogen. However, there are many open questions when it comes to this energy carrier that has been receiving more and more attention in the past months.
Now, SGInnovate and TUMCREATE teamed up to organise a panel discussion on “Navigating the Challenges and Opportunities of Hydrogen in Singapore's Decarbonisation Journey”.
Five speakers from academia, industry and a governmental organisation will explore the various emerging technologies around hydrogen transport, including ammonia, compressed hydrogen, and liquified hydrogen, and how these technologies fit into the wider value and supply chain.
They will highlight potential use cases in Singapore that hydrogen can offer, as well as the opportunities that hydrogen presents, such as creating new jobs, enhancing energy security, and promoting innovation.
The panel discussion will be held in person in SGInnovate's offices and online.
A videoconferencing link will be sent to all registered attendees.
